Pending sales grew by 12.8% over pending sales for June of 2008.  This portends a brisker market for the summer and fall in terms of closed sales.  Does this mean the end of the downturn in the market?  Only time will tell.  If the trend is up for the succeeding months of July and August then that’s good news for the real estate market in Lane County.
