Gordon Boltz has been in the real estate business for over 38 years beginning with opening the first Century 21 franchise in San Diego County in 1972. Soon after moving his family up to the Eugene area in 1986, he became associated with Jean Tate Real Estate as a Broker. Later they offered him a management position. Gordon also became a part owner of the company and worked as an owner/manager until the company was sold and became Windermere. He stayed on as a managing Principal Broker with Windermere for many years. Gordon has vast experience in both residential and investment real estate. He has trained real estate agents in may areas including real estate law, administration and sales. He has served as President of the Eugene Association of REALTORS and was named Realtor of the Year by that organization.
